I I lost 60lbs in three months - it was easy, my husband left me for my best friend! I feel great now (did not feel too good then). Have managed to keep it off though with exercise and healthy food choices! Sadly, there is no get skinny quick method. Try weight watchers, a friend of mine lost well with them.

Well, Jacy, this concerns me - in another of your on-line questions, you mention that you are 11 years old!
If you have a real weight problem your doctor will help you - change of diet is one thing, but actually dieting when you are about to enter the stage you will be going through is not a good idea - exercise will prove to be the key, as well as cutting out prepared snacks (chips, pizza - all the stuff kids like! Sucks, eh?) or cutting it down to 1/2 to start with.
Before you go this route, you must ask your mom or dad to take you to the doctor.
The way you asked your question concerns me - why the sudden need to "get skinny"? Why the need to do it "fast"?
Talk to your family, or a teacher, and get the right advice - this forum is not the right place for someone your age to be getting information like this, okay? Taking the wrong advice could affect everything - your health, your school work, and could cause eating problems.
Good Luck!

Judging by the sound of that question, you are fairly overweight. You want a diet plan that will produce dramatic results but you don't want to expend the energy nor do you have the determination and strong will. So getting "skinny" fast is very unlikely for you. Go with liposuction.

There really is no way to get "skinny fast" apart from having surgery. By eating healthy and excercising you'd be surprised how fast you can lose wieght.
You can try taking a multivitamin too to help you get a good amount of nutrients in your system as well.

getting skinny fast--not a good idea. losing 3,4 pounds a week is a better idea. eat a low fat diet, with lots of fresh fruits and veggies.and remember that exercise helps weight come off faster---and--- actually curbs the appetite. keep on mind if weight comes off fast, it also comes back fast.

You don't. Any attempt to do so can be dangerous to your health, not to mention that you may gain your weight back two-to-three-fold.
Change your eating habits, eat only foods that are good for you and exercise. There are simply no short cuts. Losing weight isn't about going on a diet, but it is totally and completely changing and developing a healthy lifestyle.

You can't without damaging your body (ana/bul). Start an exercise program slowly (jogging is best for pulling the body into shape). START SLOWLY or you will drop out. Do it every day, even if you have to start a quarter mile. Keep at this for a month, and you will be way skinnier, and healthier

Well first of all you might want to workout, cut down on the carbs and fats. Make a balance but healthy diet without starving of course!! eat what you like but in moderations that important! just rememeber that excersice is crucial in a diet! eat a lot of protein like chicken, turkey, tuna... and things like that. No deserts!

Run sprints at a local school track. Choose anywhere between 50 and 200 meters. The more often, you do it, the better. It burns fat the best out of all exercises. The lost fat will show your muscles off better, and you'll look sexy. Fat is what hides your muscle definition.
