Superglue isn't that bad for the cut it will keep it clean if it was clean already and won't let it get infected. I use for my small cuts during construction, band-aids don't stay on. In a few days the Superglue will wear off and your cut will be almost gone.

Good news, bad news. The bad news is that while acetone will remove it, it stings like a, well, a lot. It's also toxic. The good news is that Superglue and other cyanoacrylate glues are not toxic, to the extent that they are used in place of stitches in some kinds of surgeries. Best bet is just to cover it up and it'll fall off in a week or so due to oil production and skin cells sloughing off.

OH NO! Rubbing alcohol won't remove it, but it WILL sting!

Ouch! Well, whenever I get superglue on my skin, I usually apply some nail polish remover and that does the trick. But then there is the question of your paper cut. Hmm... I think you should use some rubbing alcohol. The alcohol will act as the nail polish remover, and it won't affect your cut too much. Hope this helps!!

There is no need. The pain will eventually abate.

Here's a little trivia for you: Super Glue (the basic compound - not the name brand) was actually originally devised to be used in combat situations in the field by medics to temporarily close wounds till they could be properly triaged at a medical center or military facility....
