Well, the weigh loss is naturally proportional, not a bad thing.
However, by developing muscles in your chest, you will see a size difference - but it does take time. Good luck!

I just needed to shed a few pounds, so I started walking more- parking further away from my destination, taking the stairs (you've heard that one a lot, right?), doing less efficient house work just to burn more calories and slight exercising. Also, I take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before 2 of my daily meals. It helps aid in digestion and a million other things. On average, people who use it loose 2 pounds a week. I've lost the right amount of weight in the right time. I've also started to eat smaller more frequent meals and eat only until I'm full. I try not to eat anything after 8 P.M. to give my body some time to burn it off. I can fit back into my clothes and my legs and face look great! There are areas that need toning, but I can do it. Whatdoyathink?

Yes. It is true that when you lose weight you burn fat from all your body. But if you want to lose fat from a specific area you need to exercise (a lot!) that specific area. When you exercise the muscles in that specific area consume some of the fat around. However this is not something that you can achieve in a week, it will take you at least a month or two of hard work (at least 3 times a week for 1.5hrs) to see the results. For losing fat from the breast and hips the best that I have found is karate (lots or arm movements). Believe me it really works, I used to have the same problem as you. And hey, at the same time you learn something useful. Box-fit (kind of aerobics) is OK, but is not enough. Hope this helps.

Anywhere that there is "fat" you will lose it. Some women lose a lot in their breasts and others don't. I haven't lost any in mine, but that's a good thing :) It all depends on you, genetically and how much fat you have in your breasts. Most women that I know have gone for breast reduction surgery. If you only lost a few cm, then that may be all you would be capable of losing in that area. Good luck!

It all depends on the woman. Some will lose quite quickly of the breast, and they are the ones that haven't got anything to lose.. And it seems the ones with big breast don't lose anything. The only thing for you is Breast reduction if you're unhappy with them. I know three people and after the initial hurt, they're so happy that they've done it, and asking themselves why they waited that long

Each time I have lost weight, it's the breast size that has been reduced first :-(

If it's really a problem, why don't you get a reduction? My friend had one and she said that it's the best thing she ever did. She was able to get it done on the NHS because of the back problems that she was getting because of them.

Good luck :-)

Sorry I know something about this.. if you go total vegan you will lose weight all over, your body will metabolize at the proper weight for your height and build. As for shrinking your breasts.. they contain fat as well they won't shrink allot but they will get smaller in cup....

No, why would you want to? Be proud of your assets, I am! You can make them firmer though that may make them smaller. So you need to do lots of weights for that area.

The woman before me... Your breasts haven't got bigger, your back has got smaller. That's how bra sizes work.

Diets don't work.

People need to stop complaining about diets. You know how to lose weight from your entire body?

Run.

That's it. Eat whatever you want, whenever you want, gorge yourself , eat like a pig. Just run.

I know a guy who lost 250lbs by running, didn't diet one bit. I know alot more who've lost less than that too.

I went on a diet a few months ago and lost loads of weight, thinking it would reduce my breasts, but i think the fat was keeping them up! As they didn't reduce much and they went saggy! So i had them reduced surgically, and i have never been happier! =]
