Male dominance mentality I guess. You please him and do things that give him more pleasure than they do you (ok if its reciprocated), but why should he go to such lengths/ you women exist only to fulfill his every need (some schools of thought die hard). That is probably it: The belief they hold a higher station in society to women and that you have to do as they say, not argue with them and please them.
Either THAT or you're stereotyping him the same as saying: Why can't Pakistani men be more affectionate? - The answer to that question may be similar, but then it could also be equally attributed to the fact that everyone is different some men just don't like going down on women - me being one of them/ and I doubt in my case being a mixed race Pakistani has anything to do with it.

Sadly, the education level in the middle east is appalling low. Down there, men think that women are trash and women are just toys to play around with. Did you know that if a woman was raped, they need at least 4 men to say that was true? And if it was true, the woman still gets punished? It's a really brutal place down there. Again, it is lack of intelligence.

Taking a guess her but I think it has a lot to do with ignorance and selfishness. I think they believe women are here to service and please them only and don't care what pleasure the woman has. Hmm, stick them all on an island with no women and see how long it would take them to beg to do it if it was the only way off. Maybe most would stay? Who knows, I could be wrong but I don't think so.

well , lets see , it is because of religion and culture , most middle eatsern civlization consider non marital sex to be a big big sin and bad thing , so it seems to be a delima for men wheter to go or not
