I sit in the break room at lunch time. I see many people going by. I've always seen this guy with another guy. But recently I saw the one guy in the cafeteria I turned around from getting a drink. He was a couple of feet away. He gave me a really big smile!!! Then I got on line I was in back of him. There was a lady in front of him. She dropped some change. He turned back to me and looked and me for a couple of seconds with a big smile and said woops. I smiled back at him. He looked down to see if she got all the change. The next day I was sitting in the break room. He went by with his co worker. I could tell he saw me from a distance. As he got closer he turned his whole head toward me and gave me a big smile. Do you think he's just being really friendly. But why all of a sudden?

People have a difficult time starting a conversation or approaching someone they have an attraction too but they really shouldn't. There's no reason to sit and wonder why he's noticed or why he is so nice now. The next time you see him walk up and talk to him. If he is smiling at you he has noticed you and he wants to talk to you. Just walk up to him. You are taking a chance and if it goes good or bad you will feel better in the fact that you took the chance instead of waiting and regretting never taking it. No one is ever sorry for taking a risk they are only sorry for not taking it. So go for it.

He likes you and is interested in you. He is starting with smiles and small-talk, then it will be actual conversations, then invitations for lunch, dinner, etc.

maybe he has a sudden interest in you, as in he wants to date you or something. just let things happen though, be friendly back, but don' t be too obvious.
