Hi, believe it or not i found a solution just today and its so cool, Right i bought this quite cheap shampoo and conditioner in a huge bottle, its by Mess Head and its Smooth Operator, its in a similar bottle to tresemme but 1000% better and isnt as expensive, i used it today and then used Avon techniques leave in conditioner and then dried it with a hair dryer, my hair was frizz free and shiny. Then all i did was run the hair sraightener through and i was good to go. Not bad for loads of shampoo and conditioner, for £3.00 for both.

First of all you need to buy the right products, buy a shampoo and conditioner that combats frizz. You also need to make sure you get your hair cut every 6-8 weeks especially if its long and always have a salon conditioning treatment put in your hair when you do. Buy a conditioning treatment that you can also use at home i would recommend Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor as this will help mend split ends and stop frizz try using it 1-2 times a week. Also use hair straigters to straighten out you hair and buy a heat protection spray and a serum to finish to protect you hair. This should help minimise frizz.

Try a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. Shampoo mainly just your scalp when you wash your hair, and when you condition, leave it on closer to the bottom just not right on the scalp and leave it on for like an hour. Try Redken's Extreme Line of hair products. Straighening balms are good too for straightening out frizz. Ask your hair stylist for suggestions of what products would be good. Alot of the products from Walmart and Target are cheap and don't always work and can dry your hair out, making it even more frizzy. OH! And wash your hair every 3-4 days. Seriously, the natural oils in your scalp are good for your hair especially if your hair is really dry.

You should only wash every 3 days or so. Use baby lotion on it. Very good product for your hair. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum works well. Make sure the products you buy do not have alcohol in the first 5 ingreidents because they will dry hair out even more. Also when you fix your hair....leave it alone and dont touch it. You make it worse the more you mess with it!!!!

Here is a quick fix, when you can't wash your hair with anti-frizz products.
Put just a small drop or 2 of hand lotion in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and smooth the top of your hair with it.

They have frizz control syrum you could try that. Also flat irons, you could relax your hair but that is an ongoing chemical treatment that lasts for months and like a perm can cause breakage as it grows out. Sooooooo.... the syrum, flat iron are the best I can offer. Good luck.

Use supersoft syrum when its wet, then blow dry n straiten the hell out ov it, use a bit of hairspray on the parting, let it dry then comb it out (stops bum fluff at the top!)
Also use an expensive anti frizz shampoo and conditioner, the cheap ones never work trust. but its worth the money!!!!

Do you want to straighten you hair or enhance the curls?
I have frizzy/curly hair and I use Elvive Anti-Frizz serum and Aveda Be Curly to enhance my curls.
If you want to straighten your hair you could have it chemically straightened at a salon and maintain that look with straightening irons.
