I'm an elliptical person and try to stay within my Target Heart Rate for at leat 40-45 minutes. I want to get back into running now that I have recovered from a recent surgery.

Treadmill....warm up 10 min. then after workout back to the treadmill for 30 min @ 4.2 with gradual increase to 15 degree inclination. 40 to 45 is good. Keep up the good work...but as always...take it easy and "listen to your body"

Treadmill for 15 to get my heart rate up, then elliptical for 30. It takes longer to get my heart rate up on the elliptical than on the treadmill, but I can maintain it there once I'm in the target range.
