I have netscape as my ISP and I have aol installed on my computer. I want to log on with netscape but use aol's browser. Every time I start aol, it won't let me use the browser unless I sign on. Please tell me what I need to do?

You can log on to Netscape, and configure AOL so that you don't dial in, configure it for connecting via ISP, then launch it, sign in and use it ... you will be signed in to AOL, but not be using AOL as your connection to the internet that way. I used to do this all the time, both on dialup, and broadband.

Why do you want to use the AOL Browser, it's soo slow! Try using Firefox and see what you think!
