If you're a Canadian citizen, I don't think you need a visa for Europe. You can get a multiple-destination plane ticket. But that trip is going to cost a pretty penny.

If you have a Visa bank card, you can generally access your money anywhere. You'll need a credit card to rent a car, though.

If you're a Canadian citizen, check with the Canadian consulate in the US. Many countries offer travel programs in conjunction with other countries. For example, a Chinese citizen could fly to the US on selected airlines paying the standard fare, then purchase "travel coupons" from their local consulate (before leaving China) which would get them about 10 flights for about $500. My pricing info may be a bit off but you get the idea. All the travel is booked in advance and the only "hitch" is that you have to enter the US and depart the US on the same airline in the same city. In between you can go wherever you want at deeply discounted rates.

For folks visiting the US, it's called the VUSA program. I know other countries and national alliances do the same thing but it works a little differently depending on where you're from and where you're going. It's usually to promote travel within one foreign country but there are other programs designed to get you the most for your money when you're planning extensive travel like that.

You could try using something like expedia. They allow multiple destinations.

Remember that from Amsterdam to Paris, you can take a train or a local airline for less expensive.

If you are canadian, you'll need to consult with your department of state for what kind of shots you might need and if you need visas. Most European countries don't require shots of Americans, and you can stay for 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the country, without a visa.

You may be able to access your bank account via ATMs. We are always able to in Europe, as long as you can find one that your bank allows.

There are round the world consolidators that will put the package together for you. It is not just a single ticket since I assume you will want to stop places.

Here is an example:

Sure you can book it all the way around. Call the embassies of the Countries you will be visiting to verify visa/shot information, or call our state department, which isn't as much fun.

I am not sure but the Internet would be a good place to go to get the details for this question.
