It isn't normal, but it isn't abnormal either. You may be blowing too hard. The lining of your sinuses may be too raw. Try using a spray called Ayre (Air). It is a saline solution that will keep your passages moist while they heal from the infection. Are you taking aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin), or Tylenol for your symptoms? Aspirin and ibuprofen will thin your blood out which could also lead to little nose bleeds.
I wouldn't worry unless you have a lot of blood that won't stop, then get to your doctor.

I'm no Dr. but I've heard that if you have a sinus infection and you blow your nose that can happen. If it lasts more than a week I'd go to the Dr. so they can check it out and put you on some medication to clear it up.

Yea it is normal because your sinuses are irritated and the blood vessels break a little when you blow your nose because of the extra pressure.
Eat some oranges they will boost your immune system and give you the vitamin C and stuff to help you fight it.
Good Luck! :o)

It depends on if this is the first time ever with a nose bleed mixed with mucous. Do you get this symtom every time you have a sinous problem or this is something. If you had this problem before and went away then it's probably the same. But if it's new then go see a doctor.

Yes, it is quite common. Alot of people have this with a sinus cold. If it gets too bad, you may need antibiotics. I had this happen a couple of months ago.
