Too little info, angel! How long have you been together? What kind of misunderstanding was it? I've gotta tell ya--I don't care much for ultimatums. ANYONE can find another man/woman. Saying that to someone you're "with" is hurtful. What you should do is decide how strongly you feel about him and try to have an honest conversation with him about this. Avoid being confrontational and set some ground rules. Misunderstandings are normal, and, if the relationship is worth it to both of you, you can get through them.

I understand what you say about "misunderstanding". My "perfect" man and I have then once in a while.
It has been in my experience that you should apologize and explain your point of view so he can understand where you are coming from. This usually works since men don't understand how women think most of the time. Do not be proud and be willing to compromise. Explain to him how you feel and that you don't want to lose this good thing you have got with him. Just sit down and talk calmly and rationally with him...men do not respond well to yelling and will get defensive quick. If he doen't care to hear what you have to say then he wasn't that great to begin with.
Hope this helps.

How long have you known him? It takes time, I think, to really know someone.
What was your misunderstanding about? You don't have to answer this, but it could be a sign of deeper issues.
You really need to have a heart-to-heart with him so that both of you can lay everything on the table. Then, you'll be in a better position to decide what to do.

One misunderstanding can't be a reason for your worries , because he said something stupid ! His heart is with you but he might gone ! Come on , just wait a few days and make the first move ! Try him !

well the fact that you said his heart lies with you tells me that you are confident that he really cares for you. He is loving to you and never asks for money also shows that he was in this relationship for more than just matereal goods or just sexual relations. It seems that that the only advice that can be given is to contact him and to be real with him. If what you say is true he is not going to loose you over one little misunderstanding.

We need more detail than that. What was the misunderstanding?

Yes, you should and can do something, but we need more data to render a useful opinion.

He'll call you, if his heart is with you. Don't do anything, just wait. If you had a misunderstanding he should be mature enough to work it out with you, if this relationship means anything to him.

any guy that tells you that he can find another woman is not a "good guy" . . . unless it was in response to you telling him that he couldn't get another girl - then his comment might have been appropriate.
