Of course there can being various reasons for being bored at work. Do you work alone? Are there people you can communicate and go to lunch with now and then? Is your job very repetitious and is it boring work. I've been in just about all scenarios of different types of work and I have to say, I enjoy working with lots of people and I like a variety in my job duties. Maybe you could ask for some duties that would take you away from the mundane aspects of your regular job for a while each day.

What's wrong with your job? WHy are you so bored? Or are you just bored with the work you are supposed to be doing. Just chill and do your work and chat at the same time. That way your work gets done and you are occupying your mind at the same time.
