NO--Whatever fat they may have in them is not the bad kind of fat. Tomatoes have alot of nutritional value and are very heart healthy. ***now add alot of mayo on top of them and thats a different story(especially with bacon!!!)

no there just the opposite, part of the negative diet, your body burns more calories digesting them then there are in the tomato

No, but they do have sugar in them... so if you want low sugar diet, tomatoes might not be best for it then........ only green vegetable.

Not at all. Eating more veggies in general will help you to maintain or lose weight. They will not cause you to gain weight.
