Typically, I bicycle, (when I can find time / energy). Ideally i'd switch to off-road dirtbiking, which can be an extreme adrenaline rush and cardio workout. Realistically, I'd take up Judo, Tae-Kwon Do or some form of martial arts.

My favorite is walking on the treadmill, but i guess if I couldn't do that i'd take up cycling or bike riding.
