they look older because fatness making them couldn't walk or making them confuse or it may be illness but when you loose weight you feel better ( but it is not a base)

Well, people don't loose weight. They lose weight. People look older when they gain weight because as people age, they naturally gain a few pounds a year. So if you gain 30 pounds you can look a lot older. When you are young, you haven't had time to accumulate the extra weight yet.

NOT ALL, but most people who have weight gain issues, usually have some sort of stress... they deal with this stress by eating... even some thin people that look older when they have stress. From my own observation I find large people eat their stress, thin people avoid their stress by over doing house work or cannot sit still.

With older people, it's just the opposite. When they gain weight, it pushes out the wrinkles (no kidding). When they lose weight, their wrinkles show and their skin sags.

because alot of people gain weight as they age....I've been up & down....and losing weight does make you look younger....maybe because of the double chin factor..
