It's hungry. That's the third word in your second sentence.
Language is what your link says it is. But that doesn't make any sense to me. Yes, we hear and use language every day, but the riddle specifically says the word ends in gry. Language doesn't end in gry and it doesn't even have an r or a y in it. So why is everybody repeating language. Just because somebody says it's so, doesn't mean it has to be!
