My soon to be ex-bf has an obsession with single moms. If you go on his messenger, 70% of the girls on there have kids and are in their 20's. Why is he so fascinated with young moms? whats the appeal? He admitted to having a one night stand with one of these young moms..but i still dont understand the psychological aspect of it. Why?

I can't speak for him, but for me... I like single moms because there is such an untouchable independence in that. It not only shows that a girl doesn't NEED a man, but it shows that she has a boatload of responsibilites, and are able to handle it. Having a kid also teaches a person patience... I like that in a girl.
Not to say that a girl without a child cannot be any of this... it's just that a single mom doesn't have to prove anything, it's all laid out.

He likes single moms in their 20's because they're obviously EASY! And don't expect much of their men...as long as their equipment works, it's ok...all the guys have to do is tell a mom what she wants to hear...and he's gained access to fress P***Y. He doesn't have to try hard at all, and he'll be satisfied. Plus...most young single moms are still teenagers at heart since they don't want to grow up and yet still keep their kids. There's no challenge when u date a young single mom. U don't have to prove that ur worthy of her time, emotions,love,sexualilty or anything. He'll get the milk for free and all he has to do is say hi to the cow. Most young single moms have low self-esteem anyway...which just makes the guys' life all the more easier.

Why do most people believe that single moms are slutty,needy, and have low self esteem? some single moms are single moms because there husbands are deceased, because divorce ect..this doesnt mean they will put out to just anyone. to answer the question...He maybe fascinated with single moms in there 20s because he respects them, they are wonderful to talk to, And they are already set in there ways, They have REAL responsibilities compared to a single young girl without kids. Maybe this is what he wants someone who is mature enough to talk to him about real life responsibilities, and not just partying

The psychological aspect is that he has low self-esteem, so he seeks woman that are "needy", because they have low self-esteem. He thinks he is better than these women; they fact that they have children gives him leverage in the relationship. I am over generalizing but I would guess that single mothers are likely to have sex earlier in a relationship or on the first night, because they feel they need to give themselves for acceptance. This man is not a man, he is a boy among men...most men are dogs, be careful.

This is a HUGE sign of one being a pedophile! Do you have kids?? Make sure everything with your own kids and then see what kind of women it is he is checking out....be careful with a guy like this...someguys just don't care...but when it becomes an obsession...it's an easy target for being close to young children...which makes it easier for them to look like the nice guy because they aren't pressuring the Mom into sex....as they are after the kids.

To men, single moms are easy targets for sex. It is thought that they NEED to get away from the kid and life for a couple of hours and party, so they are more likely to have sex on the first date then non-mom singles. Most single moms are past playing the stupid dating games that younger non-mom single women play just to get to the point of having sex and they are usually less stuck on themselves and more comfortable in their body and are therefore more fun to have sex with.

I don't think alot of guys like single moms . Most people I know don't date people with kids . Could be becuz he thinks they will put out because they are desperate.Its not right to use people for sex , especially single moms , they already got a lot of **** on their minds.

He probably knows he can get out quick without commitment. Plus, some single moms just want adult company, they are in a transition, and emotionally vulnerable, compared to girls their same age who are free.

It's probably because young mom's are more mature now-a-days...they are strong and independent too...he may be attracted to women who can hold their own.
