Keratoconus is when the cornea bulges into a cone shape instead of the normal round shape, causing distorted vision. It is a genetic disorder.

No, there is no cure...only treatments. When at its mildest, eyeglasses or soft contact lenses may help. Other treatments include:
gas permeable contact lenses
corneal inserts
corneal collagen cross-linking riboflavin (halts the bulging of the eye's surface)
corneal transplant (contacts or glasses will still be needed)
