I'm a catholic..and the answer according to our belief system is yes. In the bible, the book of Roman's explains that anyone can go to heaven, but Jews, Gentiles, and everyone else will be judged differently. Jews are judged differently, because the God of Abraham gave them the law of Moses and they were the "chosen" race. Gentiles are judged differently because were know Christ, and therefore have a great responsibility to follow the law. Every other religion will judged differently because many have never been introduced to the law of moses or christ and therefore cannot be damned for not knowing it.

Read Romans 11.... yes indeed it's possible. Not to mention there are at least the 144,000 Jews in Heaven mentioned in Revelation, and I doubt those are the only ones.

The first christians were all Hebrews. Anyone can get to heaven - if they are born again (John 3:3-8).
Jews are all people that are saved, not just Hebrews (Rom.2:29)

Since you phrase the question in a generality, the answer would be, no. But that would be the same answer for any group you placed in the same type of question. Individuals get to go to heaven, not religious groups, or racial back grounds.

The Lord, the One God, is the All-Alone Lord, as it is written in Torah (the Law of Moses). The Lord should be positively trusted, in respect of every problem. One should beseech, only before the Lord for his salvation as the Day of Resurrection is the Lord’s Day alone. The horror of that very Day, is so overwhelming that everyone will be extremely worried for his own salvation alone.
It is written in the Revelation: Al-Quran.
“Lo! Those who believe (in that which is revealed unto you, O’ Mohammad) and those who are Jews and Christians and the Sabaeans (Armenians or Indians etc) ___ whosoever believes in Allah (the One and Alone Lord) and the Day of Judgement and does right___ surely their reward is with their Lord and there shall no fear come upon them, neither shall they grieve.”
(Al-Quran 2:62)
Beware please! Salvation is meant for these people alone:
1. Who worship the Lord alone, positively, believing that nothing is like the Lord and the Lord is the
UNSEEN.
2. Who do not call the men, the jinn, the gods/goddesses, the demigods, the idols or anything else beside the Lord. Nor they praise or honour any of them.
3. Who desist from the bad deeds and persist on the good deeds in terms of the Commandments of the Lord.
4. Who do believe in the Day of Judgement/ Hereafter and the eternal reward/retribution, according to the nature of deeds.
Whosoever acts upon this four-dimensional theory or the Monotheistic manifesto, in the light of the Scriptures___ he is, pre-eminently, free from every danger of the Day of the Judgement.
God belongs to all people and no one is special in God’s sight. God loves those who love God.
Love of the people is to obey God’s laws and God’s love is seen in God’s blessings.
“God will bless everyone who honours God, the great and the small alike”.
(Psalms 115:13)
GOD BELONGS TO ALL NATIONS
“Lo! Those who believe and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans and Christians; whosoever believes in (One Alone) God and the day of Judgement and does right___ there shall no fear come upon them, neither shall they grieve.”
(Quran Chapter 5:69)
GOOD NEWS
“Lo! God pardons not that partners should be ascribed unto God. God pardons all save that to whom God wills. Whoso ascribed partners unto God, has wandered far astray”.
(Quran Chapter 4:116)
