Since there are no windows (I am sure the window frames have been removed) I will jump out of the window opening in the wall!!

Unlock the door because if you're in the room, the lock is on your side.

go through the other, unlocked door
or the gap in the wall
or over the walls if their is no ceiling
but if your actually *trapped* then there is no way out. If their is a way out, no matter how odd, you are not trapped.

by the door. make sure you unlock it though coz you might not be able to return back in, then you're trapped outside.
