For now, a new car is easy to use for 10 years. But consider about the trade in value and maintenance fee, I think it is the best time to trade in the car after 7 years. What you guys think?

It depends on the condition of the vehicle

Never, ever. Always private sell the car. Dealers won't give you squat for a trade-in. While we're on the subject, NEVER buy a new car. A four year old vehicle that has been well maintained is every bit as good as new and you let the original owner take the 60% loss of value. New car warranty in this era is a myth.
