My stomach and intestines on the insides feel as they are getting ate up. It is not cramping or sharp pain, just a very odd weird, chewy, (hard to explain uncomfortable feeling inside). This is been going on for weeks. I have no appetite, I am dead tired, food makes me gag to even taste it, sometimes the only way I feel better is to make myself vomit. Then for maybe an hour the pain goes away. I am not pregnant, no blood or any common explanation. I am curious if anybody has any experience with human parasites or worms infestations. Please do not be rude or gross it is seriously freaking me out. And I am at a complete loss on what to do.

I think you definately need to talk to your doctor but if it is kinda like a gnawing or hunger pain sounds like an ulcer or acid reflux. I'm of course not an expert but I do have some history with stomach problems so get it checked out!

My dear, there are many things which can cause stomach pain and if you are going to self-diagnose or ask people on here about it, you have a very serious misunderstanding of how serious this could be. Ring and make an URGENT appointment at a clinic, a hospital or a doctor's office. Explain what the problem is and they will perform tests right away. For anyone who is in this situation, get help from the right quarter.

I had something similar a few years ago but it only lasted a week except I was bed-ridden. I was told from a medical friend that I had a mean bacterium and should go to the hospital. I was in real pain but I only go to hospitals when I break soemthing. Since your problem seems to be ongoing I would think about going.

you should talk to your doctor about this. when your body refuses to eat and it hurts internally cause you wont eat you need to try to force feed yourself because it is lacking norishment. you need to try something like a strawberry banana smoothie with protein powder. or even something a little more simple like some broth . or soup. just not to much at once. if you don't try to eat soemthing small to regain your food needs you wille nd up anarexic that is nto a good thing people die form it almost everyday. no cure other then to go into a hospital were they stick needles in you and feed you through them..

Three words, Emergency Room NOW..
The idea that you have let this continue for weeks is not very encouraging.. anything that lasts that long, and has had no resolution is good cause for ER treatment, immediately..

maybe it's due to your diet and also maybe there are parasites or worms. anyway i suggest you force yourself to eat or your system will weaken and your body won't be able to fight against whatever is in your body. also go and see a doctor immediately. don't want to alarm you but maybe it's a lot serious than mere worms. go to your doc to reassure yourself

most intestinal parasites or bacterias such as clostridium difficile will cause severe diarrhea and you did not mention that.a few causes could be gastroenteritis, diverticulitis,a long shot could be acute intermittent porphyria but i doubt it.see your doctor.
