Has anyone else ever had a dream that they thought was so real that the effects carried on afterwards?
I know this sounds wierd but recently i had a dream that i was in a gas explosion. It felt so real and i woke up unable to breathe for a couple of seconds and was deaf afterwards for about an hour. it felt so real, like there was a great pressure in my ear and like there was no air at all.
I was just wondering if anyone else has felt anything like this because it was really scary!

In response to RockStar: i had just found out that a house down the road had exploded due to a gas leak. i wasnt there though so i dunno. It interesting what you said though.

I get like that all the time. I will wake up from a nightmare and feel scared so scared that I feel like I'm still in the dream. Or have physical side effects of the dreams. I was told it's a "past life reggression" something that has happened to me in a past life and I am re-living through my dreams. You should look into that...it can be very interesting stuff

All the time!!!! I'm glad I'm not the only crazy one! My dream is that I'm at the beach with my kids and a huge 100 foot wave comes crashing down on us and I'm trying to save all my kids but I can't. I wake up gasping for air. It's horrible!

i had a dream one time that my gf came into my room and tried to wake me up (dreams where your sleeping are always weird). for some reason i had a pare of scissors next to my bed and i stabbed her in the throat. i immediatly qoke up after this and was crying and in shock for 20 minutes.
