Right after a good orgasm, chemicals run through our bodies that make us want to take a nap immediately. I feel that you should give as often as a woman needs it (and vice versa).

Each person is different. Age has a lot to do with it. Most young guys shoot and run or sleep. Maturity and the desire to please your partner are also important. It is important that the women lets her partner know what she expects out of the situation. If there is no expectations then how can he meet them.
