Not a Christian--but not at all opposed to good music in any form. Still love Five Iron Frenzy...still love Rich Mullins; the man was true in his faith as well as being an authetic poet. I had a friend loan me one of Kevin Max's solo CD's recently and I've been listening to that quite a bit as well. And I pulled out the first Jars of Clay CD a few weeks ago--still better music than 90% of what you'll get anywhere.

...ever heard "I've Always Loved You" by Third Day? Nice love song. There's also the band "Live"... they're ok. I believe Sixpence None The Richer was Christian, but I think they disbanded. Taking Back Sunday was good with "Cute Without The 'E'". Squad Five-O is a good punk band and I've liked some Reliant K.

I'm "old school" and I love Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Sandi Patti, Mylon LeFevre, Geoff Moore and the Distance. I've not really been able to get into the new groups, although I have a friend's who neighbor is a Christian singer and I'm hoping she gets her big break soon, Christina Rachel...she's very awesome.

U2. Hey, you just said Christians, not singers in the christian genre. And U2 are devout Christians. At one time three of them were either charismatics or evangelicals. One still is charismatic or evangelical, the others remain Christians.
