What do you think is the best to mix with vodka for taste and consumption reasons.

try using drinks you like and go from there....and try different amounts of vodake mixed in with each of them adn try judging the taste and then tally your resutls. I say mix it with orane juice and maybe some other juices as well to get a spked juice drink going Q!!!!!! later my vodka friend

I love vodka. If you want to try it, redbull and vodka is a good mix. You get your wings and you get drunk :) I love the taste, though at the same time I don't, it's weird.
There is a drink called Horny with Orange juice, vodka and red bull, but I've never tried it.
My all time favorite mixed drink is Sex on the beach:
Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit Juice

Depends on what your tastes are. Of course the popular apple flavored mix is good, along with all of the other martini flavors. Such as chocolate, pineapple, coconut, and a large variety of others. I like caramel in my glass first then the apple martini added, that's a caramel apple tini. You could also go cosmo with cranberry juice as a base flavor. Check out this martini lounge website www.kitkatchicago.com. I sometimes go have a few drinks there because of their great and expansive martini menu.

I like a martini... vodka shaken over ice with a dash of dry vermouth, then poured neat in a martini glass with 3 olives.

Cheap vodka....orange or cranberry.
Real vodka....splash of soda with a lime wedge.

lemonade slushie!
it blender fill with ice cup lemon juice, 2 cups water half cups sugar add vodka and blend! u can sugar the glass rim by wiping rim with lemon wedge and dip in sugar. add wedge and walla! nice on cool day
