I read your question as being about WORKS application.
In version 8 (the one I have on this machine) -- Select the text concerned (if you are changing it all you can just press Ctrl + A); go to Format menu; click Font; put a check mark in box by All caps; click the OK button.
There is no "Change case" item on the Format menu in WORKS 8. That is in WORD from MS Office.

Select the text you want to change
Click [Format] menu
Select [Change Case]
and change to upper or lower case

Put you 'Caps Lock' button on. It is the button next to the 'a' on the keyboard and a little light will come on over the numeric pad. THE LITTLE FINGER ON THE LEFT HAND WILL DO THIS WHEN TYPING so give it a try.

Sure it dead easy what you do is go to format and select change case and that it ok you pick uppper caser or lower case ok

in word, you can simply highlight the word or words, click on format, click on change case, and choose which you would like from there.
