If you are having a pasta dinner there usually is no veggie side dish. If you want one maybe some broccoli with a cheese sauce. Don't forget to have garlic toast it goes quite well with shrimp and pasta.(mix garlic powder in butter and spread on toasted bread)

Baby carrots, spinach, a yummy squash, anything but corn or canned green beans. Oh, Hey, sesame green beans! The long frozen kind, can't remember the name on the spot. Or you could do french cuts too. Good luck, stay away from corn with shrimp and linguini. Brocolli would be okay too. Done way too much though.

lemon, broccoli
BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP
3 pounds shrimp, with shells on
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
4 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse and drain the shrimp, then arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute 3 to 4 minutes. Pour the butter over the shrimp and toss to coat. Sprinkle about half the pepper over the shrimp.
Bake until the shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Use a spatula to turn the shrimp. Sprinkle with remaining pepper, then bake another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings

None. A salad would be best. If you need a veggie, it shouldn't overpower the tase of the shrimp, so mushrooms or peas would be good.

You don't really need veggies when you have a pasta dish - usually you can make a salad or serve garlic toast with it. I would recommend adding mushrooms to your pasta - they will taste great with the shrimp. Enjoy!

Broccoli is always a winner, asparagus cut in 1 inch pieces will mix nice in the dish.
