I started a Yahoo Group to post studies for Jews who want to reconnect with their own heritage, to study Torah, to combat missionaries, to ask question about almost anything, etc. The forum is also open to non-Jews who have an interest in Judaism either for their own personal knowlege, more academic reasons or for insights about conversion.

Everyone is welcome to join us at:

Why, thanks--Judaism is part of my academic studies, but I personally know only a few and am only close to one, who was raised in Israel and doesn't see it quite the same way many other Jewish groups do. I will certainly join--I like a good group open to questions.

Is it true the Arab and the Jews came from Abraham and if it is true why is it just the Jews are asking for the promised land since God promised the land to Abraham, shouldn't all the kids inherit the land?

Thanks, I'm most interested in why the Jews don't accept Jesus as the Messiah. I would be willing to learn the Jewish ways if I was convinced that as a Christian, I'm supposed to. Are you a Messianic Jew?
