Depends on the couple, depends on the required mood, and depends entirely on personal preference.

If your a girl asking, doesn't matter guys basically happy if he gets some, so anytime!!!

If your a Guy asking, then Night mostly, women prefer to snuggle and sleep with their partner afterwords.

If your gay, I have no idea, I'm not that way inclined.

If your into something else, can't help, and don't wanna know!

If you have sex at night it allows for a mood setting of romance, it's an easier time to bring the end result to a close, and generally is the more accepted game plan, (no work to go to etc)

If it's morning, there's often more passion, more energy and excitement, good for the ladies to pounce on their man, he'll last longer if surprised and not able to mentally build up before hand, and assuming she wants to, she'll be happier as can shower shortly afterwords!!!

Anyhow best solution is to discuss with partner, and be spontaneous on a later date, some pre prep and groundwork before hand goes a long way, foreplay's a great idea, but scene setting will cut the foreplay requirements down considerably, women are a sucker for flowers scents and champagne!!!!

It really depends on the situation. For example, If you have children that wake up early, then sex in the morning can be inhibited by the need to keep quiet. Or, one of you likes to go to sleep a lot earlier than the other, then sex in the evening can be difficult to coordinate.

Sex is best when the couple can best focus on enjoying themselves.

Morning, noon and night. It's always good. But there is something special about waking up your guy in the middle of the night or very early morning for a bit of lovin'.

For a male, typically AM is better because they are naturally aroused. (testosterone builds up during the night)...
For females, typically early evening is best.
I guess do what is right for you both. Heck, anytime is a great time!

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?xUQZ

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
