it is a sad state of affairs that people can go to seminary and be accepted a a leader of a church congregation. the truth is that not all pastors have a personal relationship with Jesus, some go into the church business just because it is a good business.
even those with a personal relationship with Jesus fail the let God have control of their lives.
but the good news is that Jesus is timeless, he can release you from the torment you are going through, know the the one that put you through that torment has and will be punished. but to get through it you have to forgive and forget, and put it behind you.
we have all suffered in the past, but dwelling in the past, blocks the future. start looking ahead and give the past to Jesus.

If you're still in school, is there a counselor at your school you'd feel comfortable talking with? They might be able to refer you to someone outside of the school.
If not, look through the phonebook for counseling offices, or check with your insurance about what they cover for mental health. It's very important to have someone you can talk to about everything you went through, without judgement.
If none of those are possible, how about writing letters(that you know you will never send) to the preacher who did these things to you, and even the other boy who was involved? Let everything out - the fear that you felt, the nightmares you're having now, etc - and then burn them or rip them up and throw them away. Sometimes just having a chance to get everything out can help you.

Yes let it out.
Scream in the cellar.
Get that crap out.
Don't forget to tell God you are angry with Him for letting it happen.
You may say He knows it, but tell Him anyway.
Don't try to hide anything it is the same as lying.
If you have been studying for a long time, take a break.
Watch some TV.
Read some other books, novels.
Take a break from church, if you go.
I think child molesters need to get it right away. Not years later.
Always remember, just because a guy says he represents God, it is not necessarily so.
Most do not.
Never trust your kid, into the hands of another, especially not just one alone. There are predators out there.
What better way to get close to children than saying I am from God.

Faith is something you have within yourself. Faith is believing in yourself and your own decissions, knowing that you are comfortable within yourself with the things you do and the things you say.
Relegion is a building full of people looking outward for an answer. Within a church you will find a lot of people looking upward for help, for guidence when they just have to realize that the answer is within.
Look within yourself....If you feel you are doing right by what you believe in and what your morals represent, then you are a good person and good things will happen to you.
Find yourself a counseller to talk to, someone who has no religious bias. It may make it eaiser for you to open up.
But in all honesty, if you want to find your true faith, just look within yourself.

Look at your conscience. Can you really not trust anyone because someone made you lose your trust in him/her? If you feel uneasy when you trust someone, you need to look for a good relationship. When you finds a friend, see if the person understands your feelings and are overall trustworthy. If that person is, you can trust the person and go to him/her if you have any other problems.

Yes you may speak with me. clintcrosby@aol.com
I will even call you. if you wish!
First you must realize that in any and all groups you have good and bad as that is the nature of mankind! And no, he did not get away with it, as God will deal with him on this, of that you can be assured. The scripture tells us to hate the sin but love the sinner.
If you can do this and really find it in your heart to forgive him, you will get past this in time. No, you will never forget it! But you can make it better for yourself. God Bless!

If you don't have a realtionship with Christ...I mean a REAL realtionship, ask him to make you clean pure, and freed from the nightmares. Tell him what you just said. He knows your hurting and that Satin is attacking you. He wants to help if you let him. Jesus yearns to me your best friend. Man will only let you down, but God will never disappont. Put your trust, life, heart, and soul in jesus Christ.

it's very hard to trust again when your trust has been broken in such a way. i also understand it's not so easy to talk to people about such issues, but you are right about letting emotions out, it's very healthy. you'll probably get some invites from good people to talk to, count me in. if you need an unbiased opinion or just want to chat feel free to contact me as well.
good luck :-)

Seek professional help. Prayer is not an acceptable or comparable alterative to therapy administered by a qualifed professional. Ineffective, self-administered "therapy" tends to further complicate issues and compound damage.
