The only way this question could be construed as rude would be the assumption that the reader was doing something other reading the question. Otherwise, the question follows proper etiquette and grammar.

It is perfectly respectable and proper. It is also a bit too wordy.

"Does this question follow the guidelines of proper etiquette?"
conveys the same query.

I'm just wondering why in the world you keep wasting 5 points to ask completely pointless questions of the same type that will not assist you or anyone in any way and will not even amuse us. The last one you asked was ok, but this one's just kinda stupid...
