I do not beleive that any religion can tell us the correct way to live our lives. Religion can be a useful tool to guide us morally and to help us with the stressful situations in life. People have to choose a religion that is comfortable with them and seek out thier own meaning from said religion. I myself have chosen no relgion. I am an atheist but i also am not arrogant enough to say there is nothing higher than myself. I just believe that an righteous deity would not require worship. That would be like me building something and require admiration for it. But everyone has to find the right path for themselves.

That is enough if you choose for it to be enough.
Religion is a system of control. If you want to be controled, or if you want someone to tell you what is right or wrong, join religion. If you want to see the world as either black or white, right or wrong... while ignoring the millions of shades of gray and the hundreds of variables that life throws at people, then choose a religion. If you want simple answers, join a religion
However, if you are stronger than that... then your living positive, just, and fair is enough.
Plus without the bondage of one religion, you can pick and choose to follow positive aspects from different faiths. Whatever makes sense to you.
And without religion in your life, you wont feel the need to come in and tell other people they are burning in hell because they don't believe the way you do. Just one less burden in life....

I don't think any religion is the right way to live. However i do feel that christianity (amongst others) teaches people good basic moral standards.

The right religion is the one that leads to God. Figuring out which one that is can be tough.
I personally believe that the right religion is the one that has Jesus Christ as its centerpiece.
Jesus, died to save us all from our sins.
But don't take my word for it. Do the research and try praying.

the problem is many people disagree about what is "positive", "just" and "fair."
We tend to warp our ideas of positive, just, and fair so we get the outcomes we desire... but what is the standard?
Religious people hold to a certain standard, and so do non-religious people. That's the disagreement. So goes life.

One need not have religion to live a good & just lifestyle.
In fact, religion is often an impediment to justice & fairness...

Do some research into it. Does it really follow the Bible? Many claim that their religion does, but does it really?
And once you have done the research, you can make an INFORMED CHOICE.

Quite agree.
If you do your best while you are here, you can do no more. Religions scare people into crazy acts. A Christian it seems can be as evil as he wishes as long as he believes. Whereas you and I will burn in hell because we don't believe, however good we are.
Bonkers if you ask me. And quite dangerous.

There is NO right religion. Religion separates people. Its better if you just think that there is a God up there and u pray to him.
