Well, you already mentioned it...donating them.
Or, you can save them for Christmas Toy Drives (Toys for Tots, usually run by your local Marine Corps). They usually appreciate them at that time of the year.
Good Luck :-)

Do you know....that these animals could be donated to your local DCFS or CPS office as something to give a child when they come into FOSTER CARE. I've donated even suitcases to DCFS.....children that are put into the system are treated like pieces of GARBAGE and are ripped out of their homes sometimes with only the clothes on their backs. Think about how comforting a teddy bear or a stuffed soft animal made you feel as a kid especially for the younger children.
Do something today...make a difference....this might not be what you had in mind as far as creative but...it's the best I can do today :)

Donate them to:
1. Goodwill or thrift store
2. Local safehouse or womens shelter
3. A local church
4. Hospital
5. Library
6. Adoption service, like kids who live with foster parents or are wards of the state.
The hospital or library would be different from the norm. Number 6 would be the coolest because those kids are the ones who probably dont have a steady person taking care of them. I hope these suggestions help!

Buy a net for stuffed animals (they should have them at Toys R Us) and hang it in the corner of the room and put them on it. Let them be a decoration. Don't throw them out because your son might want to keep them.

You should donate to charity or to the local hospital or sell them at the flea market, or a pawn shop choose

Take them to Good Will. That's what I did with all my old stuffed animals.

you could give them to goodwill, or get one of those stuffed animal nets that hang from the ceiling or put them in the attic and save them for his kids when he grows up
