What you do is this: Shave as if you do have facial hair, wherever you want it. This promotes the hair growth. Then you wait 1-3 days, depending on how fast your hair grows. Make sure you eat semi-healthily, and scrub your face gently, regularly. This helps your pores in that area, and helps the hair follicles grow more smoothly. Good luck!

my brother had the same problem. he got it growing within about 5 days and all he did was apply honey ketchup and mayo on his upper lip everynight for 5 days and that will hydrate your lip and hair pores to get them growing good luck!
