shoud'nt they be in heaven or hell and not disturbing the living?

spirits dont wander the earth .. if you are referring to ghosts then that is a little different as ghosts arent spirit
ghosts are merely reminants of what once was .. energy left over , replaying like a recording .. not consious and cannot interact with us

Some spirits aren't able to be still. I am not sure some even realize their bodies are dead. Some can even mess with electrical devices.To answer your question, though, the dead don't go directly to heaven or to hell. They remain until the rapture comes and judgement day. Then there will be the sorting and the consequenses. Hope that helps.

Spirits live in Heaven, they come back to visit relatives or to give a message.
Ghost are usually negative people who died, and are stuck on earth, most don't realize they are dead, they need help that's why they try to communicate, they are afraid to go to the light. These ghost are attracted to certain people, usually people that have a larger aura around the body, ghost are attracted to it's glow, these people are the ones if they realize that they have the gift to guide these ghost to the light, to Heaven.
Guardian Angels are with you all the time.
Live ghost, aren't dead, but live people, sometimes mistaken as a ghost, these are people who are asleep, their soul roams as they sleep.

Atheism would not propose no perception in an afterlife, it ability no perception in a god. Many atheists have not got self belief in something supernatural - no afterlife, no fairies, no ghosts, etc., yet it is skepticism, of which atheism is purely a subset. there isn't any data for the kind of element as an eternal soul, and there is countless data that who and what you're is purely based upon your suggestions. If this weren't genuine, the personalities and psychological applications of individuals with suggestions harm would not exchange. while the suggestions dies, there isn't any reason to assume that your "soul", or who you're, remains there.

They arent. Only things roaming the earth are angels and demons, angels give you good messages about God, demons do all the other things to try to distract you from Him.

i dont know but they need to pack up and leave many of them because we are slightly overcrowded
