I am about to buy a truck. My question is, will I able to get the title transfer and tags here in PA??

If you are in the Military, get a Military licence, and you shouldn't have a promble.

ALso, if you are officaly a resident of NJ, you can get the tranfer, no matter where you buy the car.

Yes, no problem. As active duty military you can either get it titled and tagged in your state of legal residence or the state of your duty station. It's usually much more hassle to tag and title a vehicle in your home state but it's your call.

Don't waste you time with a military license. It's worthless when driving your POV; it's for GOVs only.

most states will recognize ur home state's lic and tag ur vech in that state when ur in the military bcause u tend to get transfered alot..... but i'd still check w/ the local DMV to make sure
