I'm looking for good lowcarb crock pot recipes. Does anyone have a good one to share or a good link. Thanks.

BRUNCH CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
2 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground breakfast
sausage
2 onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 package (10oz) frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
12 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup cream, warmed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:
In a skillet, lightly brown meats and onion in butter; drain excess fat and place meat mixture in a well-greased crockpot. Stir in garlic, mushrooms, salt, nutmeg, and spinach. Beat eggs and milk together; pour over meat mixture. Stir well,; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until firm. Sprinkle with shredded cheese 5 minutes before serving.


COUNTRYHOUSE RIBS

Ingredients:
RIBS:

3 lbs Country style pork ribs, boneless
1 T oil
1 Large onion, quartered & sliced 1/4- to 1/2-inch thick SAUCE:

1/3 C Low sodium soy sauce
1/2 C Tomato sauce
1 T Prepared mustard
3 T Brown sugar Twin
4 Cloves garlic, minced
Dash black pepper
2 T Apple cider vinegar
1 t Celery seed
Cooking Instructions:
Trim off excess fat from ribs.



In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Place onion slices over ribs.

Combine all sauce ingredients; pour evenly over ribs and onions. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.


Garlic Pepper Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 T Mrs. Dash Gallant Garlic, roasted garlic pepper seasoning
1 C Del Monte zucchini with tomatoe sauce
10 ozs Shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Place chicken in crockpot, sprinkle with seasoning.



Pour zucchini with tomatoe sauce over chicken.

Cook for 6 to 7 hours on high.


PARMESAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Lbs ground beef
3/4 cup Parmesean cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp dried parsley
dash pepper
2-3 TBsp butter 15 ounce can tomato sauce (check for the lowest carb and no sugar added)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp oregano
Cooking Instructions:
combine beef, cheese,eggs, parsley and pepper in mixer with a paddle beater on the lowest setting for 10 seconds.

Shape into 40 meatballs

melt butter in a large skillet an cook meatballs until all sies are browned. Remove to a Crock pot or a casserole dish suitable for the oven.

combine the tomato sauce, garlic,onion powder, bssil, and oregano. Pour over the meatbllas, stirring gently to coat.

Turn crock pot on low for 1- 4hrs OR Bake, uncovered in an oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly

If you like spicy, you'll LOVE this!!! If you want to cut down on the spicy just leave out the diced green chilies

Crock Pot Enchiladas
Serves 6

1 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 (8.5 oz) White Onion, chopped
1 (4 oz can) Diced Green Chilies
1 (14 oz can) Enchilada Sauce
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Golden Mushroom Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Celery Soup

Instructions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion and pour off grease.

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix and cook low 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

Here´s one I made last night using pork chops- Pork Steak / Beef Steak Filipino Style Recipe Estimated time to prepare and cook: 50 minutes Ingredients: 3/4 kilo tender pork or beef steaks, sliced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 5 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cloves of garlic 1 small piece ginger, crushed 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 cup onions, sliced in rings 4 tablespoons cooking oil Pork / Beef Steak Cooking Instructions: Marinate the pork or beef steak in lemon juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pepper for 30 minutes. In a frying, add cooking oil. Add the marinated pork or beef steak and cook slow until done. Increase heat for a minute or two to brown steaks. Add the sliced onions and continue to cook for another minute. Serve on a platter including the oil and sauce. I had a cucumber and onion salad drenched in vinegar salad with this-yuuuuuummmmmmmmy.
