Why did she refuse to orgasm?

I dated a girl that refused to orgasm. If I was hitting it just right and she was about to go over she would push me out and wait till the feeing had passed before allowing me to resume. Same thing if I went down on her. She would push my head away before she could orgasm. What was that about?

She is unaware of what was happening to her. The feeling was so intense, she had trouble dealing with that amount of pleasure.

Felt too good and she couldn't let go. She was scared. That's a problem.
