How old are you? Take a class at a local high school or city college in adult education. There are courses specifically designed for people from other countries to learn English. They are very cheap also. I would not suggest trying to do this own your own via a computer. If you could learn just on your own, you would have done that already. In class you will have a teacher to ask questions of and the most important thing is that you can HEAR the language. Plus you will have a textbook or two and tests to take and writing assignments.

The best way to learn english is through trial and error. Keep English in your daily life. Just like when babies are learning to talk/read, get flash cards and put them on things you know.
Things you get that are more offical will give you REAL English, the way you are acutally supposed to talk. The reality is there are so many slang words and casual talk that many times it isn't completely useful. Go to Costco or Sam's Club, they always have English/Spanish things that are interactive that can be very helpful. The plus is that these software programs guarantee their software.

As far as my experience is concearned....U better have some writing pads and english learning books/guides on ure bedside table.So whenever u are free u get into them and practice.Remember it is not a difficult task.If u put ure mind into it...u'll be fluent in it as if it's ure mother tongue.Gud luk dear.

better have an American friends so that you can practice talking english everytime you converse with him. also read some english books to enhance your memory about english. Never stop thinking using english language.
