The style network just featured a show on them like 2 hours ago. It will be on tv again at 7 am on September 3rd on the Style Network. Record it and watch it. It gave me so many great ideas... the person featured was amazing!

/www.peggyskitchen.com I looked at this one, she has several that you might be able to show to your baker and see if they can recreate it. Just put in grooms cakes at the yahoo search and see what it brings up.
