Depends on your point of view.
First of all, aren't Muslims interferring with Christians, by denying their will, to spread the word of God's love?
By denying their choice, aren't they screwing with religion?
Secondly, Bush isnt' calling for Iraq to turn Christian....it won't happen. But as well, Muslim Islamics demand that no one can be in their country, on penalty of death, or, try to convert from Islam, by penalty of death....pretty harsh, don't you think?
In America, you can pray at a mosque, at a tabernacle, a temple, or a church.....Now, tell me....which country is interfering with religion?

Well, I just think he lacks respect for other cultures and religions, but screwing with them, maybe not so much. I guess because religion is such a big part of some cultures that he's dealing with, it could appear like he's interfering with them. He doesn't have a good diplomatic approach to things either, so that's probably why things escalate until people are "pissed off". Most of the time, I have no idea what he's saying or trying to achieve.

He can because not enough people hold him accountable for his actions. He breaks the law with impunity in his own country.
What chance does any other country have, aside from use of force, if Bush won't even respect and obey the laws he HAS sworn to uphold, let alone the ones he hasn't.

Not at all.
Everything that has been done, thus far, has been either to liberate or root out terrorists. We haven't blown up Mosques or forbidden people from worshipping Allah. We have told them to stop blowing stuff up...and if that is part of their religion...then yes...we are suppressing them in order to maintain our survival.
