plenty of water, it'll cure anything. If you want to go back on the sauce, have a bloody mary, take your time with it, when it's finished you'll be fine

Hangover Remedy, Cure for Hangovers
There are two main contributors to a hangover:
1. Dehydration

2. The Chemical Acetylaldehyde

The first and easiest way to help relieve a hangover is to get rid of the dehydration caused by alcohol (which is a diurectic) and drink at least an 8 ounce glass of water before bedtime. The second hangover remedy is to use vitamins and supplements to rid your body of acetylaldhyde.

Vitamins and Supplements that will help your body counteract the poisonous effects of the alcohol byproduct acetylaldehyde (which causes nausea, fatigue, and headaches) are:
1.Vitamin C can counteract the effects of acetylaldehyde by at least half. Take 1000 mg before bed and 2000 mg when you wake up. Buffered Vitamin c will work the best especially with a senitive stomach.

2.The amino acid L-Methionine is used in the detoxification of acetylaldehyde.Take 1000-300 mg at bedtime

3.Nicotinamide or Niacinamide (NOT niacin) can help you regain you energy which acetylaldehyde takes away by interfering with the Krebs Cycle (a main way your body supplies itself with energy). Take 250-500 milligrams when you wake up the next morning.

Greasy fry up - runny undercooked eggs, sausages with gristle in them, soggy fried bread and a glass of fresh orange juice to give you the runs!

as its sunday and if i may be pious, abstinance is the best cure for a hangover, reach for a bible and pray like never before and let jesus into your heart other than that you could get down to the offy and get tanked up again thats what i normally do.

A fry-up, or more alcohol (it's called "hair of the dog")

Alternatively bang you head against a brick wall until you pass out, and your hangover will clear while you are unconscious!
