Normally you don't de bone the rattle snake. You cut it up in 6 inch strips and deep fry it. Once it is cooked, you peel the meat from the bone with a fork.

You do not remove the bone before cooking. It can easily be removed after cooking.

i dont know but that sounds yummy,, i guess it depends on how your gonna cook it , if your gonna fry it i would slice it into medalions or filet it on the small end to find the bones and cook it on the grill
