I have no idea about this..better don't talk about religion or something like this, right?we have diferent ideas...
The Blessed Virgin Mary, sometimes shortened to The Blessed Virgin, is a traditional title specifically used by Roman and Eastern Catholics, Anglo-Catholics, Eastern Orthodox and others to describe Mary, the mother of Jesus. It carries with it a belief not merely in the virginity of Mary, but of her continuing role within the church and in the life of ordinary Catholics, for which Catholicism in the Dogmatic Constitution of the Church (21 November 1964), passed during the Second Vatican Council, granted her the title Advocate, Auxiliatrix, Adjutrix, and Mediatrix. Colloquially she is often referred to as Our Lady.

I love the *concept* of a Virgin Mother.

Most likely, Mary was "born" after Jesus. By that I mean she may have been created, after-the-fact, to embelish the Christ mythology.

I love anybody that can whisper in Gods ear, like Mary or Grandfather/Grandmother.

No, but John Mark Karr loves virgins. His mama was a Christian evangelist. He is a typical red-state redneck from Alabama...married a 13 year old girl.

very much. without Her willing to submit Herself fully to God's plan - who knows where we would be. I'm thankful She offered Herself as the handmaid of God. She gave birth to Jesus. She showed me that 1) women are a very important part in life 2) you should submit to God no matter what the personal cost 3) She was the first Christian.

I love her as I love my mother. She gave me Jesus whom I worship, love and revere!

Sure... but not more than I love others who do God's will. Like Jesus said: Mark 3:33-35 33"Who are my mother and my brothers?" he asked.

34Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, "Here are my mother and my brothers! 35Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."

She's ok.

But most likely she was just the next step of a long evolution of the virgin-mother-fertility goddess. Artemis was cooler because she wore a chest decoration of bull testicles.

Course not. Grow up, you'd enjoy yourself much more if you got a life and stopped bowing down to superstitious nonsense. Don't be so gullible.
