Try this

Chicken Prosciutto Tenders
Serves 4 (2 tenders per serving)

1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
4 Thin Slices Prosciutto, trimmed of excess fat
8 Chicken Tenders
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions:
Combine the honey and mustard in a shallow bowl and set aside.

Cut the prosciutto into 1/2-inch lengths. Roll the chicken in the honey mustard, then wrap a prosciutto strip around each piece of chicken and, if needed, secure it with toothpick.

Heat the oil in a nonstick 12-inch skillet over high heat. When oil is hot, place chicken in the skillet. Sear on 1 side for about 1-1/2 minutes, or until crispy. Turn the pieces, and repeat on all sides. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Are you asking about making chicken nuggets or using chicken nuggets from Tyson or something in a recipe? If you want to make some, I find that dipping raw chicken tenders in egg, then in crushed pretzel crumbs and poultry seasoning, then frying them in a quarter-inch of vegetable oil makes for some great, easy, quick fried chicken!

heres and princesstheruler favorite, I make these for my band all the time and they clammer for more:

1 bag of boneless chicken breasts
flour
bread crumbs or frosted flakes
salt
pepper
vegetable cooking oil
eggs

first cut the chicken into pices, I use long strips
then place the pieces in a bowl of beaten eggs, let them sit while you make the breading...

mix flour & bread crumbs or crunched up frosted flakes in a plastic bag with a little salt and pepper (you can add other seasonings like salt free 17 or mrs dash)

then put the chicken pieces in the bag and shake them around until all pieces are covered and fry in a deep skillet or deep fryer until golden and serve with homemade honey mustard sauce or bbq sauce and french fries!!!!

Buy boneless chicken tenders that are breast meat. Dip them in salted and peppered flour. Then dip them in an egg and milk mix, then into seasoned breadcrumbs. fry them in a little oil or even bake them in the oven. They come out crispy and not greasy like that.

This is my favorite way to make chicken tenders...I know you asked about nuggets...but these are SO good!!

Chicken Tenders
Recipe courtesy Kathleen Daelemans

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
Salt and pepper
1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt
2 cups finely ground, toasted bread crumbs
Olive oil or pan coating

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pour yogurt into a shallow dish or plate. Pour bread crumbs into a separate shallow dish or plate. Dredge chicken through yogurt, shake off excess, place in crumbs, and coat all over. Gently shake off excess crumbs. Spray a large non-stick pan with olive oil or pan coating. Place tenders on the pan and bake for 6 minutes. Turn tenders over and bake another 6 minutes, or until tenders are crisp and cooked through.

Have you tried using Shake 'N Bake? I like to use it and the chicken nuggets or tenders always turn out really good. There are different flavors you can choose from too! Good luck!!
