I read in bed to clear my mind so I can fall asleep. Reading is my sedative, no matter how interesting the book. I could not get through World Lit in college, even though I enjoyed the literature, because I would fall asleep no matter where I was. So No, I cannot study in bed unless I am sitting up and not under the covers or comfy. I read in bed every night to fall asleep, though.

Yes, on the bed is where I'm most comfortable, and do the best thinking. Laying on my stomach with a nice book, or note book in front of me, verses sitting up straight at a desk is preferred.

Sure on occasion, but it turns out to be less about studying and more about falling a sleep.
