To debate is to discuss a question by considering opposed arguments. If you want to debate then you have to be open-minded to what others have to say and consider their points of view. And debates are never little. They can go on for years.
The end result of a real debate is that both parties leave still believing what they believed to start out with or one party has changed their mind.
Are you willing to accept the fact that a non-Christian might change your mind?

I gave it a shot:
[14:40] ME: Another point, you asked for a debate... and debate requires mind and logic.
[14:41] warrioragainstevil: mind and logic are not enough
[14:41] ME: well then this debate is over... that's what debates are. Positing truth claims and supporting them against challenge.
[14:41] ME: if we cant do that then we're just arguing
[14:42] warrioragainstevil: But I will not be forced to follow man's "scientific method" because that's not the way I see life
[14:42] ME: Well, in that case I'm sorry for you and hope it works out
Oh well.

I doubt it, for we speak different languages, in effect. I use logic and scientific method, and such reasonable methods are not for people who refuse to question groundless beliefs. My sister is a Christian, and she refuses to have a reasonable discussion. Instead, she has tantrums and insults me outrageously. I suppose she realizes on a deep level that she has nothing to back up her beliefs, so she becomes confused. That leads to anger that is easier on her, but not on people who hear her insane outbursts and think she is certifiable. She proves herself to be a hypocrite. I decline your invitation, for I can have too much "debate with a Christian" at home.

Obviously you have not read the Gospel of John. Before you open your mouth about a subject you don't know, do a word study for belief, believe, believer, and yes nonbeliever in John. See how Jesus debated.

Debating is pointless. Both sides are obviously not going to convince the other. You just want to argue.

What topic do you intend to 'debate' about here?
Food for thought; I do not presently what topic you intend to debate; but should one (if they are pro Christian) get in order Christianities side first? (Which presently they are not).

No. Debates are for intelligent, open-minded people. Debates are for people who are willing to listen and moderate their views when presented with information from the other side. What would be the point of debating with someone when there is zero chance that they will change their mind?

If I were not a Christian already, I would stay away from your question on account that your question sounds more like a threat... you don't want to scare non-Christan away from God, you want to bring them closer to Him, right? Right! So, you should rewrite your question so that you are asking for a calm discussion when you will answer their questions to the best of your abilities.... see? That is WAY less scary.
