Within minutes. If they seem to be having trouble finding mom you can guide them to her and help them latch on.

Kittens should start nursing immediately after birth. If they're not nursing, or mom won't let them nurse, you need to get them all to your nearest animal hospital immediately. The kittens won't live without food.

Should be within a few minutes. You might need to help them out, Just keep putting them close to their mom. Hopefully you don't end up having to feed them yourself. Good luck.

they should start feeding straight away if they don't you can get some lactose its like baby milk hand hand rear them using a syringe

They will never eat as u said but sure after sometime they will drink..............
