Stress can absolutely cause weakness on the body-Stress is the A line factor in many diseases, mood swings, appetite changes. Stress over time can weaken the heart muscles, cause ulcers in the stomach lining, loss of hair, damage to the skin--especially in the face. Try to avoid excessive amount of stress and excesise on a regular basis.

Stress does weaken the body. It does this because all of your worries slow down and it has a factor on you mind body and soul. In order to relieve stress take you time on things that worry you. Yes! Stress can do all kinds of devastating thing to the body and mind. That is why it is so important to try to lead a balanced life. Eat right, sleep and exercise. All these help combat the pressures that life throws at us. I know all too well. I get stressed, the migraines ast up, I dont eat, cant sleep become lethargic-visious cycle. But you have to do what you can to try to stay healthy during high stress times. Extra exercise helps alot. Get outdoors if possible.
